Type what you’re after the way you’d say it out loud: “remote data analyst, $90k or more,” or “barista jobs near me that are hiring now.” FlashApply runs a live web search and brings back current postings.

Every listing shows where it was found and links straight to the original posting. When a job is on the employer’s own careers page, we say so. If FlashApply can’t connect a listing to a page it actually found, the listing doesn’t appear. We’d rather show you three real jobs than ten that might not exist.

Salary and posting dates appear only when the posting lists them, and they’re labelled “as listed.” When a posting doesn’t say, you’ll see “not listed” instead of a guess.

Tailor your resume in one tap

Upload your resume once. On any job, tap Tailor resume and FlashApply rewrites it to speak that job’s language: it reorders what matters most, sharpens your wording, and mirrors the role’s key terms.

What it won’t do is make things up. Every tailored version is checked against your original. A new employer, title, school, credential, skill or number that isn’t on your resume gets flagged, and you can’t export until you’ve fixed or confirmed each one. Your resume should get you interviews you can walk into with confidence.
